Reco
Reco is a new mobile app that makes it easy to register your solar devices and earn rewards for the clean energy you generate. The app streamlines the process of adding your device details and then tracks your energy output, so you can see your financial benefits grow.
Understanding User Needs and Current Challenges
Based on our discovery phase, I designed a streamlined user flow that addressed the multi-country challenge. The redesigned flow ensured that users could review and confirm their registration details before submitting, and it incorporated a new "Pending Approval" status visible on the home screen.
User Flow Redesign: I created a new flow for the registration process, starting with a clear call-to-action and guiding the user through inputting device details and location.
Information Architecture: I prioritized a logical hierarchy for the home screen, grouping registered devices, their status, and rewards earned for easy comprehension at a glance.
Wireframing: I developed wireframes for both the new registration flow and the updated home screen to test and validate concepts early in the process.
Bringing thr Solution to Life
I led the visual design efforts, ensuring a cohesive and scalable design language. I established a new color palette and typography hierarchy to improve readability and created a set of modular UI components.
